Rachel is CWJ’s English social media expert, in-house translator, graphic artist, campaign manager, and English prenup consultant. Passionate about the transformative power of language, Rachel is an award-winning spoken word artist who hosts the Jerusalem Poetry Slam and has translated seven novels. Rachel co-founded Chochmat Nashim, a social activist taskforce of religious women, and for three years, co-hosted a bimonthly podcast exploring the intersection of feminism and religion in current events. Rachel wants to foster and mobilize an activist community on behalf of women in Israel whose rights are compromised by religious laws. She lives in Jerusalem with her husband and three kids.
