Agreement for couples marrying in secular ceremonies without marrying civilly abroad

This prenuptial agreement ensures that couples marrying in a secular ceremony, and who do not want to be married in accordance with halakha, retain their religious and personal freedoms to end their union legally.

It is intended for couples who are not obtaining a civil marriage abroad, and who will be registering as “yedu’im batzibbur” (common law spouses) in Israel.
